We do not sell any used or refurbished items; all parts are purchased directly from the manufacturers.

Product Returns

Item(s) are returnable within 30 days from delivery date in the original product packaging and in brand new condition.

Free Shipping items sent back because purchaser ordered the wrong item(s) will have shipping cost subtracted from refund credit.

Bulk orders of 10 items or more cannot be returned.

To return ANY item(s) you must receive a RGA Number before sending the item(s) back. No returns will be accepted without an RGA being issued. Return requests can be emailed to info@relateddoorproducts.com.

No item(s) can be returned damaged, scratched or tampered with. All products sold have date codes to show when item was made.

All returned orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Check you manual before ordering or call us before to help.

Periodically manufacturers will change the model number of the part, or the parts functionality. We will always send out the most current OEM part directly purchased from the manufacturer. No refunds will be allowed because a manufacturer changed the part number or functionality. Call our office before purchasing if you have a question about the part number or it's functionality.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Any taxes or tariffs charged by others are not refundable.

Free shipping items purchased incorrectly must be shipped back are at the customer's expense.

Item(s) must be returned with all contents of the product included. Additional fees will be assessed if any contents are missing. Visor clips, key rings and directions must be included.

An item deemed to be defective will need to receive an RGA number to return the item. We will send a return shipping label to return the item to us. Once received, the item will be tested to see if it is in fact defective. If the item is found to be in working order, a 10% return fee and the cost of the return shipping label will be assessed. If the item is indeed defective, you will be sent a new replacement for the defective item.

Item(s) must be shipped back insured for the item(s) value in a proper packaging with the RGA number clearly written on the outside package.

A copy of the original packing receipt needs to be included with all returns showing the product information of the purchase.

If an item(s) arrives and the packaging is visually damaged, you must take a picture of the front and back of the packaging and item(s) inside. Once pictures are taken, send them and contact us immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery date with damaged packages. We will file a claim with the shipping company and make arraignments to return and replace the damaged item(s) for you. If you do not contact us within the 24-hour time period, you will need handle the claim yourself. You will need to file a claim with the shipping company and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
