The shipping timeframe estimate seen at checkout is provided by the shipping carrier, and not by Opener Parts Online we do not guarantee this shipping estimate.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time on orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days from order placement date and then shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Once shipped, we have no control over the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the items! Refunds will not be allowed due to a carrier taking longer than expected to deliver. Orders refused because a delay in shipping will be assessed a restocking fee.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your parts order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are determined by the carrier and in no way do we guarantee the time frame a carrier estimate. Significant delays can occasionally occur.
Opener Parts Online ships to addresses within the United States and US Territories only.
Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Lost Packages
Opener Parts Online is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Take pictures and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package was lost, you should contact your carrier immediately to either file a claim or to see if they can locate the package. If carrier says package was delivered and you did not receive your package you should contact them within 24 hours of the said delivery to either file a claim or see if they can locate the package.
